General Questions
How do I book?
Bookings can only be made online through the loisirs34.com website.
Should we arrive at the time shown on our booking?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your booking to complete the check-in process before your activity begins.
What is the minimum age to play?
Most of our rooms are suitable for players aged 8 and above.
How many players can join each room?
Each room can accommodate up to 7 players. If your group is larger, you can book multiple rooms and we will do our best to have everyone start at the same time.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. Walking Death is suitable for players aged 14+ with an accompanying adult and 16+ without one. Tchernobyl is suitable for players aged 12+ with an accompanying adult and 14+ without one.
What are the difficulty levels of your rooms?
Beginner: Philosopher's Stone and Atlantis. Intermediate: La Mission del Profesor and Da Vinci Code. Expert: Tchernobyl and Walking Death.
Are your rooms accessible for wheelchair users and pregnant women?
All of our rooms are accessible for wheelchair users and pregnant women. Please note that in The Lost City of Atlantis, the third and final room is not wheelchair accessible. However, the mission can still be completed, as not every participant needs to enter the final room. When your team reaches this area, you will be split into two groups so the game can continue smoothly. Please let your game master know about your accessibility requirements, and they will adapt the secret passages for anyone who cannot use the trapdoors.
Can we play in a foreign language?
All of our rooms are fully available in both French and English. The stories and game mastering can also be adapted as much as possible to suit your group's needs.
Where can we park nearby?
There are free parking spaces and car parks surrounding our venue.
Can we reach the venue by public transport?
Yes. Our venue is accessible via Tram Line 2 (Sabines stop), Bus Line 15 (Mas de Bagnères or Le Grand M stops), and Bus Line 17 (Le Grand M stop).
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled game. For birthday party bookings, at least 72 hours' notice is required.
If we are late, how long will our booking be held?
We can accommodate delays of up to 15 minutes. After that, we will unfortunately be unable to start your game as we need to keep to our schedule.
Are there live actors in your rooms?
No. There are no live actors in any of our escape rooms.
